Refund policy
All sales are final.
If you have received an item that has a defect, please contact us via Whatsapp or email to report any defects within 7 (seven) days of receiving the item. Pendulum will replace the item or if the item is no longer available the item can be exchange for a different item of the same value.
We do not pay for returns to be shipped back to Pendulum
We reserve the right to refuse returns if we believe that the defect was caused through misuse and not a manufacturing defect.
